Welcome! I’m glad you are here. Please take a look at my offerings and contact me for a free 20 minute virtual meet and greet to discuss further how we might work together. I am a Seattle-based counselor and am honored to work with adults who reside in Washington state and are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, or are in the midst of major life transitions. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.

My work is guided by non-judgmental deep listening, awareness of cultural context, and social justice principles. I believe in working collaboratively towards the changes you want to see in your life and respect you seeking support right now. You can feel better. Slowing down to reflect and cultivate understanding for oneself can be a catalyst for change and also improve relationships with others. Therapy can be a meaningful place to get some perspective, boost resilience, process emotions, gain insight and self-acceptance, clarify your priorities, and grow. You are not alone.

Covid-19:

Given the unpredictable nature of Covid and the convenience of telehealth, most of my clients continue to prefer virtual meetings. Some in person appointments are available.
