Yoga For Your Mood at Aditi Yoga and Wellness
Join us for a transformative 6-week wellness workshop that blends the practice of yoga with insights into emotional well-being. Each practice is designed to help you manage stress, support your mood, and reconnect with your inner calm through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation.
Every week we will focus on a different theme offering practical tools and yoga sequences that support emotional balance and resilience. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and presence in daily life.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will empower you to use your practice as a personal tool for emotional balancing and self-care.

Move to Heal Art and Yoga
A 6-week art and yoga series for creative and embodied renewal. Offered by Dream Big Wellness and Team Survivor Northwest. Space donated by Inside Out Yoga.
September 23-October 28th, 2025 from 4-5:30pm
This 6-week art and yoga workshop is created specifically for women navigating life during or after cancer treatment. This supportive space combines mindful movement, creative expression, and reflective journaling to help participants reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner resilience. The instructor is an art therapist and certified yoga instructor.
Each 90-minute session includes grounding practices, accessible yoga tailored to energy levels and physical needs, and expressive art-making using simple materials—no art experience necessary. Participants are invited to move, feel, create, and share at their own pace. Weekly themes guide the journey, from building a sense of safety to exploring identity, strength, and renewal.
While this workshop is not the same as therapy, it would be a supportive complement to therapeutic work you may already be doing/have done and is intended to offer a safe space for your personal process and connection with others. All materials provided.
