My approach to teaching yoga emphasizes mindfulness, breath awareness, and encouragement to practice from a place of ahimsa (non-violence and compassion). My teaching style incorporates a flexibility within each pose with the intention of allowing each student to find the level and degree of intensity that suits their body best that day.
